The application package is specific for each camp location.  Click on the link below for the camp that interests you the most or click on the location tab for the location nearest you. 

Submit a completed application and other required items as outlined by the specific camp instructions.  The fee to attend Camp Success is $125.

Some locations offer limited scholarship assistance for those who would be unable to attend otherwise.  If available, scholarship application instructions are also found at the links below.  Proof of income for the current calendar year will be required to apply for a scholarship.

Camp Success is a day camp.  Parents or trusted guardians are responsible for transporting campers to and from camp each day and may be responsible for providing lunch.
