Educators at the university and technical college level team with industry leaders and experienced middle school teachers to give campers a challenging and fun week at Camp Success filled with discovery, creativity, problem solving and team work.  Every session of Camp Success has a minimum ratio of 10 campers to every faculty member.

Role models are an important part of Camp Success.  Women and minorities tend to be under-represented in engineering professions, so special care has been taken to ensure female and minority role models are among the faculty, volunteers, and industry leaders who work with the students at each session of Camp Success.
